Welcome to MNTAT, The Minnesota Employment Training and Technical Assistance Support Center. The mission of MNTAT is to design and broker state of the art person-centered employment training and technical assistance to increase the participation of all Minnesotans, especially people with disabilities, in the workforce.
This website will serve as a portal for state and national information and resources about employment and people with disabilities. You can keep up with current MNTAT activities, view a calendar of statewide events, and learn more about the creation of employment opportunities with individuals who would not typically succeed using comparative or competitive approaches to getting hired.
